Thank you for shopping with Sashani. All of our products are made to order and fulfilled by our production partner. Below is our shipping policy outlining processing times, delivery expectations, and more.
1. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 2–7 business days. This timeframe may vary during holidays or high-volume periods.
2. Shipping Times
- United States: 3–5 business days after fulfillment
- International: 5–20 business days depending on destination
Note: Shipping time is in addition to processing time.
3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.
4. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and depend on your location, order size, and shipping method selected.
5. International Orders
We ship worldwide. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
6. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. If your order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend it.
7. Lost or Delayed Packages
